I see good reviews, but I can only rate my experience. It took over 50 minutes to make 2 burgers and 1 order of fries. I asked if there were vegetables on the ‘Shorthorn’ and was told no, “just a side salad”. My burger was covered in onions. Maybe they think onions are a fruit!? I saw a reply on another review about how fresh their beef is, but I can tell you what’s not fresh, and that’s their fries. They were stale, cold, and unseasoned. This place might’ve been good at one time, but judging by everyone around us, they’re slow and mess up everyone’s orders. Burgers were good, but definitely not worth the wait.

This place had pretty amazing burgers. Their home made onions rings are amazing!! But very prepared to wait... we waited for right at an hour. It's a great place if you're not in a hurry.

Bevos Drive-In is worth a stop if you're in The Vernon area. It is an old fashioned hamburger, fries, ice cream shakes and malts restaurant. It is not a fast food place, so you may have to wait awhile as your food is being prepared, but it'll be worth the time it takes. They're known for their short and long horns which is a open face burger piled with chili, cheese, and onions. Their onion rings are hand battered and so delicious.

I asked for a bacon double cheeseburger with onions, pickles, mayo, and mustard. Instead I got a double bacon hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and onion. They also gave me a small tater tot when asked for a large.
I live in Altus, Oklahoma which is a 35-40 min drive. I asked for credit because I was already on my way home. They seemed confused and had to ask to give me credit even when they messed up my order. Make sure ur orders right before leaving this place.

I was super excited to find this place. If there is a line at 2:30 there must be good food. Cheeseburger, fries, vanilla malt and two brownies to go. Went to the city park and ate under a shade tree.

Well, this is a popular local place but I don't know why. They told me it would be 45 minutes before my order would be ready, I accepted it and ordered. 1 hour and 12 minutes later I finally got it. I figured this has got to a great burger, especially since other people were wanting also, but I was wrong. I ordered a large cheese burger and onion rings. The burger was mediocre at best and the onion rings were the worst I've ever had. What's worse about the whole ordeal is I waited over an hour for it. I don't and won't recommend this place to anyone.
