Unbelievable breakfast burrito one of the best I have ever eaten!!!
Home made tortilla filled to over flowing. Unlike some Mexican joints where they load up with potatoes they gave generous portions of meat.
I am currently on a road trip from Colorado to Galveston so the only negative thing is that I doubt I will ever eat there again.
It's worth the short detour off the main Hwy.
Can't comment on atmosphere as I did take out but it looked clean.”

“I’ve always wanted to like coffee, but no matter how many times I tried, I just couldn’t do it. My family’s made it a running joke that I’m not truly adulting until I find “my coffee.” Well… that all changed this week! I stopped by The Humble Texan on Monday and told the barista to surprise me. She made me an Almond Joy with hazelnut sweet cream and Y’ALL!!! I’M HOOKED. It’s only Tuesday, and I already have 4 stamps on my card. At this rate, I might need to pick up a second job just to support my new grown-up coffee habit. “Chicken Shack's chicken strips will spoil you. Nobody else's will stand up to their light crispy batter. They also have a variety of sides to choose from that are delicious. My husband loves their jalapeño poppers and mashed potatoes. I enjoy their fries and coleslaw.”
