MrJims.Pizza offers delicious pizzas with perfect toppings and light, not too thick crust. The restaurant has a spotless interior and great staff. However, there have been instances of missing items and rude customer service when issues arise, such as a cashier deleting items from an order. Despite isolated incidents like power outages affecting deliveries, MrJims.Pizza usually receives 5-star ratings for their service and food quality.
