The lady Tammy who works there is not a nice person. When we walked in one employee was crying. I can only imagine it was because she barked orders and belittled the employees the entire time we were there. I can’t imagine sending my teen to that job everyday. Even in a stressful lunch rush there is no need for that. The poor employees were so frazzled because of her!
We love Braum's in general and no major complaints here. Just a little awkward when there were 5 employees standing at the counter but only one offered to take our order after a few beats. Minor observation on a great regional chain we love.
Food was excellent as was the outstanding customer service! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and efficient!
