I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding an incident at your establishment tonight in Vernon.
My employee was initially permitted entry and purchased food and drinks. Later, he was denied further service and asked to leave by your security staff based solely on "hearsay" from a patron claiming his valid ID was fake.

Kat, and her crew are so welcome and friendly, good service, good food, good music
They have live bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Last night was Black River. They were really good.
