Order taker was extremely impatient and discourteous when we asked about flavors since none were listed on the drive thru menu. For context, we were the only customers in line. Nothing nice to say.. just really disappointed with the service we received as a long time customer. Won’t be coming back again. 🙁

Driving for 2 days, couldnt wait to get to Braums. Yeah for A2 milk shakes! They are my friend! Great chicken strips and fries.

It was 1:30pm and busy. To be honest the lobby looked like someone just threw it together. Store it self is outdated.
Now the young lady behind the counter that waited on me may have been shift lead. She wasn't rude but not a happy camper. I am hard of hearing and she had to repeat couple times. For that I am sorry it wasn't on her.
Waiting line for ladies restroom was little disturbing when the table i was at was next to restroom.
The groc side look nice and neat. Well organized and faced.

Stopped while passing through to grab some lunch. Ordered enough food for a small army and they had it hot and ready in just a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Vernon Texas has a great smaller Braun's. The waffle cone yogurt is a light treat while travelling and very affordable.

They were out of mint chocolate chip, only had yogurt soft serve, Mgr on duty had an attitude, they were busy as an excuse, male employee was more helpful. Dirty tables. No one smiled.
