I ordered the chorizo and egg burrito and the red chilaquiles and it was AMAZING! I love chilaquiles that are not soggy and these were nice and crunchy. The burrito was also very filling; a good amount for the price. The salsas are also very tasty and she modified the red salsa to make it spicier for us.
The cook also came out to check up on us as we were eating and she was extremely nice.

Maria’s is my favorite place to go for Mexican food, the breakfast burritos are the best! I get them as often as possible! But the rest of their food is absolutely great! And the people running Maria’s Food Trailer are so sweet and very very nice! Great location, right off Wilbarger Street, and fairly quick to get your food too! If you’re around before they close in the afternoon, Maria’s is the best!
