Solid two-star McDonald’s. Order delivered by surly young lady minus drink cups. Back through the line to get cups. To the drink station to find out it doesn’t have the tea I ordered. Back through the line. Sat down and wife asked “do they have salt?” Nope, nor ketchup, not self-serve anyway. Not going through the line a third time. Did without.

I travel all over the U.S. and the McDonald's in Vernon, Texas has always been my worse experience at a McDonald's. Their service is the worse of all the McDonald's that I stop at. I was just at the one in Vernon and waited 20 minutes to place an order at the drive threw. I often wonder if the owner knows what goes on at that McDonald's there. I keep hoping that things will change, but after all these years it never has. Same old poor service every time...

Sorry to say. But at night they are lazy I don’t know about the morning or during the day. My first time here at a late night hunger. They gave me cold fry’s I told them about it and they just threw hot fries on top even on that it wasn’t even full large fry’s. I was gonna tell them about it. But I guess they acted like they lived in a bigger town where they was exhausted. So I just left.

Staff was totally disorganized , ordered two Mac ribs were not cooked properly sloppy job of putting order together, thru both in trash will not be back.

You have to being person around morning time the coffee was made exactly how it looks you just have to twirl the cup to mix the coffee creamer with the coffee thats in it the manger David deserves some thx from corporate for going above and beyond always was making sure everyone is okay and has everything I needed

Order was wrong took over a half hour to get correct chicken sandwich. Offered refund but had to be handled by shift manager. Waited another 20 minutes then told a second time had to be credited back to card which I was fine with. But was going to have to wait longer for them to deal with it. I told them forget it and That I won't be back.
