TRAVELERS BEWARE, as well as Vernon residents! THIS subway is below par!!! I used the app to order and pay. When I arrived the workers said they did not receive an order. I show my order number and receipt. I asked if they would make it, I would wait! They refused! I asked for a refund and they said I needed to complain on the website. There is a reason they do not allow you to leave a message on any number listed! Finally, you would think the owner would be able to help, but no. It’s no wonder his employees lack customer service because he obviously doesn’t care about his stores. He also owns the Iowa Park Subway! I sent him all the proof including where it was deducted from my bank account.He too said there was no order placed!!!! Please pick other Vernon establishments, I’m sure you will not be treated as a liar or thief!! Bottom line it’s been 12 days and I have still not received my money! I hope this post helps someone

I have ordered so much here lately one time I ordered it 3 seperate times and all 3 times it was wrong, how incompetent do you have to have to be to work there? I’m so sick of it, they never have a full inventory the bread is stale half of the time, it’s ridiculous.

I’ve given this place THREE chances, largely because I’ve been that desperate for a subway sandwich. Not once have they been able to serve me, this most recent time they literally started just listing what they were out of as soon as I walked in the door. They didn’t have meatballs, turkey, any Italian meats, or roasted vegetables available. I wont be back

They screw up you order and when you complain they cuss you out.. and won't fix the problem!!!! The whole staff needs replaced... Never been treated so poorly in my life.. You can't even call and talk to customer service.You have to go online and do it, and then they never answer you back and nothing ever gets done. Subway, we are done, never again in vernon..

I love subway but this genuinely the worst one I've ever been to by far. The employees give me attitude for no reason, they close early almost every day, I'm trying to order online and they are only selling salads no bread no sandwiches? And they're all slow.
10 out of 10 tonight!!!!!! Called in an order of meatball subs and they they delivered!!!!! All employees were fantastic and the sammiches are delicious
