They screw up you order and when you complain they cuss you out.. and won't fix the problem!!!! The whole staff needs replaced... Never been treated so poorly in my life.. You can't even call and talk to customer service.You have to go online and do it, and then they never answer you back and nothing ever gets done. Subway, we are done, never again in vernon..

Parking: This place is in a mini mall, there are several handicapped spaces, and has lots of regular parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs.
10 out of 10 tonight!!!!!! Called in an order of meatball subs and they they delivered!!!!! All employees were fantastic and the sammiches are delicious

Delicious food with outstanding service! Rhee Rhee made it fun with her singing. It's obvious by her upbeat attitude and smile that she enjoys her job and that can make a world of difference. What a great professional! We had the Mexicali on flatbread and added jalapenos for an extra zing. Especially enjoyed the Chipotle ranch sauce. Highly recommend this location and we will be back when passing through this area.
My partner wanted to try the churro so we ended up off the highway for it here. It was about an hour before closing on a Thursday. The store was dead so they were already cleaning up, but stopped to take my order. All I got was the churro, so the whole experience was quick. We ended up not being a fan of the texture of the churro. Everything matched expectations. The store was clean and everything was good enough.
