Terrible experience here. They got my order wrong twice. When I went up there the second time to tell them my order was wrong again the cashier demanded to see my receipt to see if my order really was wrong. I let her know I ordered from the kiosk and didn't one, she then made a face like she was upset she had to look it up on the computer. Of course she saw my order was wrong, bc it was and then gave me what I paid for. There was a lot of attitude from the workers to the customers.

Good food but evertime i come here i rember why i hate it. there is this rude women always on the window, evertime i come. So unprofessional never greets nice at all. Always "What else" dont say thank you. Shes never with a smile at all. She dont tell us to pull foward just leaves us hanging. I dont know why she works there she hates her job. Someone trade her spots shes so negative.You may say well maybe shes having a bad day. You dont know what shes going through. But its evertime we go. She needs a different job. Were shes dont deal with others. I domtgove one stars anywhere but had yo post maybey things can get changed maybe not. Idk havr a good day.

Lone Star Inn Vernon

Today at 9.30pm drive thru lady did not repeat my order. Upon arriving at window upon asking she did not repeat my order upon asking, says you know what you ordered on a rude behavior. I ordered 1-7layer burrito and I got beefy 5 layer burrito, even though I repeated my order on order at window and I ordered 2-chicken chipotle melt and I got 2-flatbread melt. She verified my order total was $9.60 . I paid it after paying she turned around made a weird face close the window. I told her what’s your problem, she replied I can do whatever I want to do. Manager comes apologized but the lady at drive thru would not stop.I have worked for TacoBell for 20 years, from employee to manager and training manager.Owner of Vernon Taco Bell upon construction few years back I showed my certificate, she insisted to work as manager. Vernon TacoBell reviews are low cuz of customer service, staff and wrong ordered food. I have been regular customer to order food online of $30- of food every week but there is always wrong food. I am a Taco Bell and when this kind of food and services followed, it breaks me, when my career started with TacoBell and grew up as a business person. Upon my retirement I am going to join company again in Vernon Tx and I will make sure reviews goes up.If Owner knows I used to work for OCAT Inc. reverse of ocat is taco. I loved working for him, he treated his managers and employees as same. I have graded so many TacoBell that he 40+, and I was appreciated with my time that I had spent towards my job. My wife was working at another facility.

The manager at this location is great. Every experience that I have had with the staff has been good as well. As for the 3 stars on the food -- Taco bell has followed suit with everybody else in shrinking their food and charging more. The preparation for the most part has been just fine, so the shrinking food doesn't reflect on the employees at all.
