I've loved Arby's since they first opened up in El Paso, TX. in 1981 I believe. They still don't disappoint. Arby's in Victoria, TX is where to go. I rated the service as such because they have a lot of young people working there, and their customer service is not enjoyable. BUT I'll still go, and get me my roast beef sandwich, with Arby's sauce, lettuce and tomato, and tell them to have a nice day. 😋 Yum yum
I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomato. There was literally a tiny dab of lettuce that didn't even cover half of the sandwich. Sandwich and fries only were almost $14.

The girl at the counter was very welcoming and engaged us in friendly conversation. We tried the new pork combo and the brisket combo and they were both delicious. Also, their crinkle fries are one of the best fast food fries I've tasted.

The food was good Service was bad this time I was served by manager. I asked for 2 drinks w no ice, and it was wrong. I asked for no onions on four different orders, and it was wrong, like if he didn't care, the place is always freezing I have brought it up in the pass along with other customers again answer is again like they don't care.
