Food and service was pretty good. They even allowed me to substitute one item on their "Castro's Plate" for my lunch. The Carnitas, Frijoles, and Enchilada were very good. Taco was pretty good, but also pretty small. Would have also liked a small salad ond the plate that is very typical.
Small simple place.5 stars not because there’s white linen and a stuffy waiter but because for just a small mom and pop place the food was fantastic!The Carne Guisada enchiladas came out quickly and had great flavor.Good south Texas Tex-Mex.
