On 01/17/2026 at about 130pm i decided to take my 13 year old son over here to have lunch together since we haven't been there in a while and i dont get to see him often. When we went in, there was no line so we ordered a couple of cheeseburgers. 10 min later a man with 2 daughters that they seemed to know real well came an ordered some chicken. We waited another 10 min and they brought his food out first. When i questioned what happened they said they were waiting on our fries....read full review
the customer service my husband I received today, over the phone and in person picking up our food was horrid. while on the phone the lady did not even attempt to pay attention to what I was ordering I had to correct her several times on top of her yelling out other people's food items while I was giving her my order. after that my husband and daughter showed up to pick it up and she was very rude to them.
