I never have issues with Crumbl in the past until last night 1/14/26. I ordered the smores brownie for delivery from this particular location at a little before 9:00 pm. When the delivery driver arrived with my order I opened it inside my home and it was the brownie batter cookie; not at all what I ordered. I called the store and they said they would credit me my 500 points back for my free single cookie. This morning 1/15/26 I still have not been redeemed my points for the wrong item I was given. The fact I already spent the tip and delivery fee is enough. I just wanted my points redeemed so I can get the correct cookie/brownie next time.
