Oh my goodness, let me share my uplifting experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere and the warmth of the staff made me feel right at home. Their friendliness is truly heartwarming. Today, I savored the avocado toast, and I must say, it’s the best I’ve ever tasted! If you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely must! I also enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte again—simply the finest. There are so many breakfast choices to explore, but the avocado toast truly steals the show!

Super friendly and coffee always perfect. 98% of the time, the food is good. Nothing with the taste, just sometimes I wish they didn't have to use bags to put it in because it gets messed up. Still delicious though. And of course the price is always great.

Terrible experience. No donuts were on display. The individuals working behind the counter were so rude and unhelpful when I was trying to get a menu and/or understand what donuts were available since they were “in the back”.

It’s Valentine’s Day, ordered 4 heart shaped donuts, and the lady wanted to stack them. I asked for a box so the words wouldn’t smear. She acts like I ruined her day. Then I ordered 2 med. berry energy drinks. They made 2 peach drinks. I absolutely hate peach anything. When I corrected her, it was like I ruined her day also. She did say she would remake it, but I could NOT have them ruin my Valentine’s Day! I just kept the peach drinks and gave it away. I understand, people make mistakes but come on. Please don’t make it seem like we ruined your day for asking for a box, or a mistake made by you.

I ordered a large Frozen Mocha Coffee . It had so much cream in it, it was practically white. No Coffee flavor at all. I complained and they tried to make it better but it still didn't have much flavor.

The nitro coffee machine has been "offline" for months. When calling the store to inquire if it has been fixed.... No answer. How can a business stay open with this many 1 star reviews? Taking my business elsewhere.

My father and I went to this location to get a dozen glazed donuts and none of them were fresh. They were chewy and cold.
Such a disappointment. Waited forever in the drive thru to recieve a half empty coffee. Their lobby is closed, and I don't have time to sit in your drive thru again to fix it. That's ridiculous. Lesson learned, just go to starbucks or a local coffee shop.

Those who have read my other reviews know.......IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SERVICE for me. Kala was very kind, and made it right. HOWEVER, I must comment on the cook. I don't care what kind of day you're having, you NEVER EVER treat your customers poorly. Not only did she toss my bag at me, she yelled at me too. Then to top it off, I get in the car and she made a mistake on BOTH of my orders. She's a nasty person who should work in a cubicle, and NEVER work with people.

Was a nice little break in the evening. Coffee was great, as was the hot chocolate we had some jelly filled and a couple of munchkin . The service was great. The store was clean Pricing way better than the "other coffee place (SB)
