Staff is very helpful. A lot of fried foods which I don't eat. I found barbecue chicken which could have been cooked more. A lot of vegetables selections but some were over cooked. Nice salad bar. A lot of different desserts. And it is affordable. Atmosphere is noisy.
i love this place i go there once a week.
I travel all over the USA from maine to La and many points in between i stopped here at this location in Victoria ,Tx like i do several different restaurants in Texas because i have come to realize many of their restaurants in Texas are usually ran appropriately but this Golden Corral may be the worst in the state of Texas. Golden Corral Buffet & Grill is known to be one of the better cafeteria chains. The waitstaff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. On a visit for an early lunch, the boneless fried fish was cooked to order and found to be hot, tasty, and plentiful. The Cajun casserole and Cajun pasta were also enjoyed by customers. However, some items like the okra, fries, and mini cheese burger were a little cooler, and the burger bun was slightly stale. The kid-friendliness is a plus as they accommodate all needs. The location is ground level with adequate parking for the disabled, making it easily accessible. However, food cannot be taken home that is not finished. Manager Andre received recognition for his exceptional service.
