“I was passing through town in a box truck looking for a quick breakfast. Due to COVID only drive thrus were open and my truck was too large for that. When the manager of Jack in the Box saw my truck, she allowed me to order from inside the dining room and even provided me with a sanitized wipe. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and the food was good. Great customer service!“
“The crew at this store is easily the BEST crew I’ve seen in any Jack in the Box ever. Last Sunday (2/26/2023) I had put in a online order for my lunch however when i pulled up to the restaurant I was told that the fryers were not working. This was not a big issue for me as i was able to order something else and go on my way. The lady working the drive thru informed me that I would need to file online for a refund on my original purchase, which i did with no problem. Well two days later I received a call from the store manager to work out a solution, which i was pleasantly surprised by as most restaurants would rather argue the issue. I ended up agreeing to a meal compensation that saved me today as i had not brought anything for my lunch at work.All in all, i am extremely grateful for this restaurant and the crew it has working for them.“
