The drive thru employee was very rude. All I wanted was to use my points to get a Quarter Pounder. That did not happen. 2 times I tried. They said it didn't go through but I lost 12,000 points. (Make it make sense) I ended up just buying a QP, I didn't even get points for paying for one. On top of everything I asked for No Onions, it had onions I'm allergic to onions. All around had decision to go to this location.

The young girl they have working in the drive though needs to grow up while at work. I was heading back from Houston from working out of town won’t be getting home until about midnight and had not eaten all day I stopped here to get a bite to eat sat in the drive though for about 10 minutes she leaned out the window and was playing with her friends in a red Hyundai throwing food at each other.
There must not have been a shift manager or supervisor because there was no leadership there at all if this is allowed she needs to retrained.
Once I finally got my food my drinks had no ice so either they didn’t put ice in it it was longer than 10 minutes of her playing with her friends and it melted.
This on top of the same order being $3 more here than the McDonald’s in houston
It is truly sad how far the McDonald’s service has fallen from what it once was.

I get it’s McDonald’s so standards are low. But this one? Staying in hotel across street and I went last night, got a old stale patty on burger, tonight fries taste like awful grease, I got nuggets because how can they screw that up, well nuggets had to be an hour old, god forbid longer. Not to mention on my way to work this morning waiting 20 mins for bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Yuck

Stopped going to McDs after that Donald Trump stunt with a franchisee. Support a fascist, say goodbye to me as a customer. I worked at McDs as a teenager, had fond memories of that time, but this crossed a line. I will literally avoid McDs and drive 1 hour+ regardless of how hungry I am so that I don't spend money there. Revoke the license of that sleezy franchisee and I might reconsider.

This location works very sloppy and slowed paced. Even when it is not busy with a lot of customers. Restrooms are stinky and dirty with no soap in the dispenser. Still giving the location a chance, I ordered a McFlurry and asked for water. Paid, then I was given a cup and told my order will be out soon. As I was waiting, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for a large sweet tea. I then asked the cashier why was I charged for the larger sweet drink? She stated that their system doesn’t have a “water” button. I am from up north, heading south of Texas and made a stop for gas and water. The point of point of me ordering the McFlurry was to get a water as well. I asked the cashier why wasn’t I told before hand that I would be charged for the “water” as a larger sweet drink and if I could speak to the manager? The manager only gave me the same responses. Not sure if this location is franchising or not but still disappointed in the lack of effort to clearly communicate the circumstances. Asides from that, I made the decision of canceling my order and wasn’t even given my exact change. I highly don’t recommend coming to this location. Sad to say, poor customer service.
