“Sometimes you get awesome service and the food tastes amazing, sometimes the service sucks and so does the food. It's a hit or miss. beware of management too who tends to imply that you may be stealing or lying when you return and request items missing from your order after you get charged for them, get your order, get home and realize the items are missing, (upset, you forget the darn receipt but have the bag with ticket info yet is not enough apparently) anyway, like I said... it or miss, it all depends who is working“
“Very clean. Friendly service. Dodd was actually better that a lot of the McDonald's I've been in. Only issue I had was getting in to the place. I had to go two blocks up and turn around. I assume when the built it the road wasn't laid out like that. Otherwise excellent.“
“Honestly the lady in the front made me the best frappe I ever had. It was down to perfection. I travel a lot and get 2 frappes a day and this one hit different. Thank you for making one of the greatest frappes I ever had. Seriously I go to a lot of McDonald's.“
“All McDonald's restaurants should have a standard where after you place your order. Should a table top number handed out in addition to the receipt on the order. I can understand if it's a busy time and maybe using the table top number might be easier but, then the worker has to search for that number. A little common sense should prevail when it's not busy or when a small cluster of people (no more than five people) come in and place an order. The order number on the receipt would be sufficient. In addition, the cashier should read the number to the customer. Hopefully, while waiting for the order, the customer doesn't throw out the receipt.“
