Never coming to this location again. I ordered online at 10pm, arrived at 10:30 just for the manager to tell me they can’t make my order because they’re closing at 11. Terrible experience highly don’t recommend

Worst service you will find other than killing your own chicken and plucking the feathers off and it would still be faster than what you will receive. These people are overwhelmed and have no help. Managers beware

We have been using a coupon a long time and I ordered my usual 2 piece thighs. The girl said they only give 1 dark and 1 white. So, instead of $5.49 w/coupon, it was $9.00. When I got home and opened the box, it was like one and a half thighs. One piece was so small, so with the bone, I only got about 3 bites from it. My husband and I will no longer be getting our chicken at Popeyes. I'll pay for normal size pieces elsewhere. That is wrong to see pieces that small!

I was standing in line for eight minutes while the cashier chitchatted with the person in front of me (who had already paid) before they took my order. Then when they finally did, it took almost 20 minutes to get me my food (two small combos and 4 sides).
I drove a half-hour home, just to get home and find out they charged me for 2 sides which I never received, and charged me for a large side that I got as a regular/medium. What an absolute joke.
I can’t even rate their food because I didn’t receive MY part of the food for the group order. Do not go here; go to the KFC down the road or to the Bush’s Chicken.

The chicken tasted great. Fries were a bit soggy and did not get ketchup with them, nor honey sauce for the biscuits. Nobody complained though :)

Hands down the worst Popeyes in the History of all Popeyes. It’s even worse than our other location here in Victoria. Rude workers at window. They never have hot sauce and always forget to give any sauces. Super soggy fries and when you order spicy tenders they sneak plain tenders in the mix. Definitely needs new management and the woman today that’s manager is a very rude Hispanic lady always wearing white button up shirt. Sooooo rude. You can’t treat us this way in Victoria Texas and I can assure you I’m going to get this Popeyes to operate respectfully and sound. How dare you treat customers like this. Always standing around in groups talking half the crew looks to be on drugs always.

To start Popeyes is one of our favorite fast food place. Went to this one and was more than disappointed. Started when i look at the menu and it has a big sign that says 10 piece and 4 biscuits for $20, so i ask for that. Sorry we dont have that any more, is what they said, and i said its on the menu! And no!!! Ok ill have a 12 pc all dark, we dont sell that either! Ok 8 pc all dark, no we dont sell all dark! Since when does Popeyes not sell all dark???? I will be calling corporate office tomorrow to ask about this. Dont bother with this place. KFC is right down the road 8 pc all dark, yes yes yes.

I just pulled in after work to pick up chicken for the family. Go to order our normal 12 piece all dark meat now they tell me they don't do that anymore. I'm not paying $40 for half a box of chicken no one in my family will eat. I've been eating at this establishment since I was a kid. I'm sorry as a 30yr customer you will no longer get my money. Piss poor.
