Seaux Cajun Reviews
C'est délicieux.
No idea what it means but I've been talking like that since tha ru hit my task buds y'all.
They used to operate a food truck at different locations. They also have catered many events. It's awesome that they now have a restaurant for dining in. Lots of menu items, but I've only ordered shrimp or crawfish po' boys and never been disappointed. I was able to watch the servers bringing out different items and it all looked great. Might try the catfish next.
My husband and I have eaten there twice and have really enjoyed it. I do recommend Seaux Cajun

Seaux Cajun offers a relaxed and friendly dining experience with authentic Cajun flavors. The restaurant features a variety of large portions, making it worth the slightly higher prices. The menu includes dishes like etouffe with shrimp, shrimp gumbo, fried mushrooms, crawfish mac ’n’ cheese, catfish platter, and shrimp or crawfish po’ boys. The food is consistently praised for its rich, balanced flavors and high-quality preparation. The shrimp and okra gumbo is made with a perfect dark roux and has a genuine slow-cooked Cajun taste, while the fried catfish is thick, succulent, and seasoned beautifully. The crawfish mac ’n’ cheese impresses with its subtle crawfish flavor and the addition of real crawfish pieces, avoiding artificial tastes. Hushpuppies with bits of real corn and homemade tartar sauce complement the dishes well. Originally operating as a food truck and catering many events, Seaux Cajun now provides a cozy restaurant setting for dine-in customers. Overall, the restaurant delivers amazing flavors, authentic preparation, and memorable dishes, making it a top choice for Cajun food lovers.
