if any new restaurant deserves to make it in Victoria.. it is Seaux Cajun. fiah and Shrimp was cooked perfectly (which is hard to find in Victoria from my experience) and it has flavor. one of my favorites in Victoria now. Fantastic atmosphere and very nice staff.
We ate at Seaux Cajun for the first time this week. OMG!! The absolute best food we’ve had in a long time!! We recommend everything about this restaurant! Great food & great staff!!
The attention to detail and pride in her meals is evident. If the scale had more stars I’d give them. I think my all-time favorite item on the menu is the Ettouffe- with her gumbo finishing a close second, but her fried seafood is absolute perfection too.
