Food was horrible cold hard and old even after they got the order wrong 3 time it still wasn’t right and by the time they got it right my food that was right was cold no apology no nothing had to ask for my drinks why they just let them sit in the window the whole time the smasher that I order for my boys was horrible no cheese no sauce nothing the double burger I ordered was a single burger that looked like it was old in order 2 combos they give me the bag back with no fries...read full review
I have asked a worker by the name of Felicia to not call me sweetie, Hun ,or dear. She doesn't know the people she calls this. I'm neither of these to her... It's disrespectful... Sir or my name is proper... When she approaches me this way, I will drive off and take my business elsewhere...
Every online order we have made we have to keep reminding them to bring it out , and they say ok I’m sorry and then 10 minutes later we have to press the button again and then they o Im so sorry again we will have it right out.. And even after that we still have to wait another 5 to 8 minutes for just drinks.. Just sad
