Where to start? Orders wrong almost every time; even simple drink orders. Wait in line was 48 minutes one day because "systems were down". Went in this morning to pick up a drink and snacks for friends - no one in line at drive-thru and only a few customers in the stalls - simple order of Route 44 drink, Large drink and Mozzarella sticks. Got to the window after a wait, and the order was wrong - simple order, was wrong.
We waited 25 minutes for mozzarella sticks, a large sweet tea! When I asked where our order was, they couldn’t find it. Not to mention the young lady who answered needs to be taught how to be polite.
I think this is my only bad review in all the years on Facebook!
