I had a small inconvenience with one of the workers at Subway. Normally, when I order something, I change the bread and then ask the workers to make the rest exactly as stated on the menu, without any other changes. However, this lady kept asking me if I wanted to make any changes. I kept telling her, 'just like it says on the menu.' After several questions, she started getting annoyed with me, justifying it by saying she wasn’t looking at the menu and asked me to tell her what I wanted. I calmly repeated what was on the menu, but she continued to insist that she wasn’t looking at it and needed a yes or no answer. At that point, I stopped talking to her until she finished making my Subway. I think she lost her professionalism at that moment. I paid for my purchase and told the cashier that the worker needed to be more professional. The cashier told me that I made it difficult for her. In my opinion, it wasn’t professional to act that way because no other place acts like that, and it wasn’t the first time with this lady. I understand she needs to ask questions, but when someone specifies exactly as it is on the menu, she shouldn't get upset. Whoever is managing the area should train this employee properly. Have a good day. This happened on 7/21/24 at 5:30 PM.
