What an amazing transformation from a water facility into a restaurant! Very cool place to visit. Great atmosphere.
I ordered the spicy almond crusted chicken and it was outstanding. My wife had the fish tacos, which she enjoyed.
Our server (Vonnie) was largely absent, and forgot to put in our to go desert order, which we only discovered after waiting for 20 minutes.
Better service would have made the experience five stars all around. I would visit again, with a different server.

We were there yesterday evening, our waitress Paris was amazing, she was so friendly and accommodating. The food was great but her service was the best!
Service is good however food is lackluster. I came with my girlfriend tonight and my $42 new york strip was incredibly bland gristly and incredibly subpar for the price. I ordered two sides, jalapeno Mac and cheese as well as roasted mushrooms. The mushroom turned out to be the only decent part of this meal as they were perfectly seasoned and cooked, the macaroni on the other hand was mushy and lukewarm when it came out, lacking all flavor except for three very large jalapeno slices on top. Needless to say, I am disappointed with this experience and would not recommend coming to this restaurant.

Tonight for dinner I got the Cajun meatloaf top end of loaf was very dry gravy made up for it everything else me and my family ordered was great

Food literally sucked, the service sucked even worse. Gorgeous establishment, too bad no one seems to care to work or cook there. It wasn’t even busy, actually a large bachelorette party was on their gifts and paying out yet it took forever to get our drinks and app. There was an issue with our food and the manager didn’t even come over to speak or apologize about it. First time and last time. We aren’t well known Victoria high society and we could tell but we are from San Antonio so we do know class.

We only went one time a few years back, plus we had our two dogs and the whole entire staff couldn't have been any friendlier to us AND OUR DOGS!! When they brought us our drinks, they also brought the dogs a silver bowl of water for them, unpromted. We got the Ahi Tuna and the Porterhouse and both were OUTSTANDING!! Years later and WE'RE STILL TALKING ABOUT the amazing food we had here!! Everything was reasonably priced for what we received and we can't wait to go back. We live in Austin and were there visiting that time, so we're going to have to make another special trip specifically, to come to this restaurant. Yummy, I'm drooling whilst typing this!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE PUMPHOUSE!!!!
