My order was not made right the chicken sandwich was soggy because they put tomatoes and lettuce on it when I asked him not to. I’m really really disappoint disappointed in this Jack in the Box in Vidor, Texas. The only one we have.

Absolutely terrible service. Made 4 out of 5 meals wrong and chose to catch attitude with the costumer when it was brought to their attention. Entire staff of loud mouth employees giving attitude about their own mess ups. Since we're being passive aggressive though here's a service review about how you wanted to yell here's your food (that yall forgot) then slam the bag into a ball in your hands. You're not scary kid but you are a kid so idk what you thought you would cause. Lmao. 😉

The front of the house staff were great. Friendly, quick, helpful. However, this is the second time I've got the ultimate bacon burger, with no bacon. Also, I've seen kids meals with bigger burgers. I'm pretty sure I am getting the wrong thing. And the number to the business doesn't work, so you can't even call them to let them know they made a mistake.

16.99 for a jumbo # 14 chicken is chewy like it’s not cooked all the way and my two tacos were so old smh the phone doesn’t work and I’ve already payed my money to enter smith lake so I can’t bring my food back . The phone not working is a problem

I’ve always been a fan of the sourdough jack. Typically places notify you that they aren’t putting the original bread and they are gonna replace it regular bread like I asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich from them or something. Crappy communication
Added note: just opened the sauced and loaded waffle fries. Where’s the sauce or anything???? Just plain fries, like wtf
Soda machine didn't work so no drinks with combo meals.food was ok but served warm. Food took long to get ready. Maybe sat to long /o get called?

My husband and I just left this location and will not go back to this location. There are 2 girls working there tonight at 11:30pm and are RUDE! When my husband was placing our order, the girl would literally say what else?! Each time after my husband would order. We drive up to the window and the girl opened the window and told my husband the total and closed the window right when she took his card. Then just opened the window gave the card back and handed him a drink and closed the window. When we went to get our food, another girl came to the window and said here! My husband asked her nicely for extra taco sauce and she literally slapped them in my husband hand and closed the window. We go to Louisiana a BUNCH and this Jack in the Box is on our way home so we always stop at this location. We definitely will not do that anymore. This was the second time the girls there were rude. As for those 2 young girls that worked there tonight. My husband won a good amount at the casino and we were going to give each worker $100 tip each! But your rudeness cost you that tip.
