Hello to the management or owner. First let me say self owned or cooperate owned. Treat your customers with respect at all times. This is one rule that will stand out for your review. Today 9-15- 25 was my 3rd visit. The staff or owner whom was at service to me around 10am-11am hour. How dare you!! tell me I can't get a refund. There were two ladies on this shift the first whom fix my order fixed it incorrect so she refunded my money charged me for the one I originally ordered....read full review
i have been coming to the bridge city location nearly every day since they opened and i cannot even begin to express how much i love them.
taryn, natalee, and krista are the sweetest girls along with all of the employees who radiate incredible energy every time they open the window.
the drinks are always perfect; no matter the flavor combo i throw at them as an ex barista myself.
