Terrible experience. I really wanted to like this place, but the service was unbelievably bad. We waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged, and when someone finally came over, they acted like we were bothering them. The order came out wrong, and instead of fixing it, they just shrugged it off. No apology, no effort to make things right. Definitely not worth the time or money. Won’t be coming back.

Service is Absolutely terrible I wait like 20 minutes for a pick-up order because I work for a delivery service then they make me wait another 10 minutes and the lady comes up to the window in the rudest possible manner and said “YOU CAN’T COME THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH ANYMORE” and then a few seconds later she tells a much nicer lady to tell me that I have to park and go inside and wait. I mean honestly if they don’t have the order ready after 20 minutes that’s their problem not mine. I’ve always had issues with multiple staff members their but this time was by far the worst!

Asked for no beans yet I get home and beans all over my nachos. I called and they told me I can come in and get a remake. Was not able to get remake that day because they were already at closing time. Yesterday I had a family emergency and I just called to go ahead and come get my remake and they told me they only do same day remakes.
The food had no taste now I remember why we stopped going there & the service sucked. No smiles and acted like we were a bother
