Contacted customer support and thecsaid they can only issue a 5 dollar credit even though the froes added up to 9.93...PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

By far the worst experience ever at a Burger King. The workers here don’t seem to care about anything i literally just wanted a whopper meal and the attitude was horrible. I asked for a manager I think her name was Andrea or Amanda and it was like talking to a teenager throwing a tantrum. I wanted a refund on my food because of how I saw it being handled and the fact that it was cold. And she made it a huge deal like lady just give me my money back! Would not come back here !

Usually burger king has a bad reputation but this location is not part of the problem they had acknowledge me as soon as I walked in, then the cook made the burger fast. I was back in my car with in 2 minutes and drove back to my house to enjoy a very good and fresh whooper with cheese
