Waited some time for someone to help us, when my sister ordered she got what she wanted, but when I tried to order a sandwich with just grilled chicken he said “the chicken options are right there” and I asked if I couldn’t make just my own sandwich and he said no. I thought the whole point of subway was to make it your own. Ended up not getting anything because none of the chicken options worked for me.

Let me say that I just received the best put-together sub from Subway I have ever seen. Isaiah needs a raise. He was even quicker than normal ones that just through it together. Props Isaiah, keep the drive to do things right and to the best of your ability 👏

Wanted to have a sandwich how I normally order by what bread and toppings I want and lady told me I had to order from the menu, whole point of subway is to order a sandwich how the customer wants it. Got my girlfriend a sandwich at least and they didn’t even ask how she wanted it, didn’t ask if she wanted it toasted or anything. She asked for pickled added to her sandwich and they gave her 3, what’s that’s supposed to cover? Half the sandwich.

I went here to get a sandwich and I had this employee ,jade make my sandwich and she made it fast! She talked to me and made me feel better about my day and convinced me to buy some cookies haha! This was my first time coming to this restaurant and I will be coming back. She’s an excellent person! And a wonderful sandwich artist!
Kid-friendliness: I brought my small infant and jade talked to them and had them laughing after they gave me a hard time all day, she truly is great !

Cody was amazing doing all his work alone. While first his coworker was in the rest room for 30min. Then out side smoking cigarettes right by the door.There was a line of 6 people wating for orders but Cody was left all alone.Thanks for the service Cody sorry to add to your work load
