1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee Waco is a great option for milk tea in Waco. The drinks are always good, and the toppings are fantastic. The flan and creme brulee were way overpriced and not that good. The space is big with cute seating areas, including a "house" booth, and many tables to sit and hang out with friends, study, or work. The self-order iPad is easy to use. However, some reviews note the inside could be cleaner; the cushions in the cute little cubbies are dirty and stained, and the bathroom had no soap, no paper towels, and was disgusting with overflowing trash. One experience involved zero customer service, with no employees present for 5 minutes, and drinks that were so so with cheap, flimsy cups and odd-shaped, stale tapioca. Overall, it is a great spot for students, locals, and visitors, but needs improvement on cleanliness and service.
