We have gone through the drive through for years with no problems and great food but today was First time eating inside the store and the lady at the counter was very very loud and rude. Slamming our cups and cussing. I guess she did not like that we had coupons. Ots sad because I love arbys but dont think i will ever come back to this location again after this

I became a regular here a few months ago and I’m never disappointed. Tonight, I walked in for the first time (I always use drive thru) and a man named Josh recognized my name through online ordering and welcomed me back with a smile. He helped me decide what to get and was SO friendly. I’m going through a lot right now and honestly he made my day, if not my week. Thanks Josh for being so kind and making me feel appreciated and accepted. Food is always great as well!

Old woman at the counter was so unprofessional. Said she is tired of taking these dam orders. She came to restock the napkins and said dam kids making a mess up here no dam napkins. My 5 year old sitting right there.

This is an old restaurant, you have to go outside to use the restroom. I ordered online (surprise they have that capability). When I arrived at the counter, I saw she was making my order. She looked my way and I asked her not to make that drink (because the app automatically selects coke unless you change it 🤔). She completely ignored me, I asked her again to please stop making that drink! And a 3rd time even louder. She completely ignored me or is extremely hard of hearing! I got my food and ate in dinning room. Refilled my drink with my preferred beverage. Food was good.
