Terrible counter service. Kids wanted a new burger they advertised on the menu and lady at counter said "oh, we fry the hamburgers. They are not very good". Bathrooms are outside?and nasty! Just bad experience all the way around.

I pulled in drive through at 9:30 and they said there close with a attitude I said the sighn say 10 she said we shut down at 9:30 to leave at 10 poor customer service

I used to go to this Arby's all the time as a little kid when I was living here in Texas my mom my grandma and one of my aunts used to work here when I was younger it sure has went downhill the people that were working were very attentive they were very snobby they food wasn't that great my bun was hard the dude making the sandwiches I know when I was younger and for some reason he thought he would be funny and mess it up but all and all I won't let this stop me from eating at Arby's it's still one of my favorites just not this one.

This is one of the best Arby's I have been to. The customer service was the best. The employees go above and beyond. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. They asked how we wanted our burger cooked and it was right on time.

Walked in with my family and saw the cashier having a conversation with the cook. The cook was biting on his fingernails the whole time then goes back to the grill with no gloves on. We emediately turned around and left
