I became a regular here a few months ago and I’m never disappointed. Tonight, I walked in for the first time (I always use drive thru) and a man named Josh recognized my name through online ordering and welcomed me back with a smile. He helped me decide what to get and was SO friendly. I’m going through a lot right now and honestly he made my day, if not my week. Thanks Josh for being so kind and making me feel appreciated and accepted. Food is always great as well!
This is an old restaurant, you have to go outside to use the restroom. I ordered online (surprise they have that capability). When I arrived at the counter, I saw she was making my order. She looked my way and I asked her not to make that drink (because the app automatically selects coke unless you change it 🤔). She completely ignored me, I asked her again to please stop making that drink! And a 3rd time even louder. She completely ignored me or is extremely hard of hearing!...
Excellent and superior customer service. Yet I do not live in Waco but coming from Groesbeck Tx at times like to visit and eat at Arby's. Keep up with the courtesy and professionalism and deserve your noon staff to a higher level. Thank you Arby's for your hard-working staff. 5stars + 🤗
