Absolutely the WORST Bahamas Bucks I've ever been to. We were in Waco visiting friends & stopped by the restaurant around 3 pm on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. A young child puked on the floor splattering on to me & my shoes (not my kid, a different customer). The young girl who came to clean it had no clue what to do. Just left the BB on Wooded Acres and it was some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Besides the fact that I ordered online and I still had to wait for them to prepare my smoothies AFTER I pulled up to drive thru, one of the smoothies was extremely watery. I asked them to thicken it up and all they did was add ice which made it now taste watered down. 🤣 I asked them to just make me another one the right way and the one girl who hadn't even touched my order looked...read full review
I drove up and saw the "Open" sign, yet all doors were closed and only drive thru was available. I waited for 75 min in the line and was one car away from the order kiosk when a worker came out and told me that "they were already closed," despite being 5 hrs before their posted closing time and despite the "Open" sign still being lit up. There were at least 6 cars behind me in line. Why wouldn't anyone have said something before making us wait so long without anything to show...read full review
