Will be back! it is our now favorite place to get cinnamon rolls. We got a cinnamon roll and a scone. Absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding and very friendly. The outside sitting area is beautiful and cozy!
My partner and I were in town for a mini vacation. We visited Baked Bliss as we saw they were gluten free friendly. However, we quickly learned that they are more than that. They are friendly people, they bake love and care into every bite. Getting to meet the owner Kim was a cherry on top (of a very yummy cherry almond GF scone)! The treats were so good we had to stock up before we made our way back home. Kim has put so much care into her bakery it’s no wonder it’s a community...
Amazing baked goods rain or shine!! Their Seasonal Blueberry cinnamon rolls are my fav. But none is sweeter than the owner, Kim. She was one of the first to welcome us to Waco and always checks on us when we come to visit. Thank you, Kim, for the towel and umbrella during yesterday's storm! You really made our day. Thank you for the cinnamon rolls as always!
