No strawberry ice cream so I had to pick kids something else but was told by new management that they would never be out of the flavors when I voice that's why I stopped coming to this location but back to regular schedule program

I got a large strawberry cheesecake milkshake and was in and out in less than 5 minutes but the place looked clean, the freezers looked well-stocked, and the staff were quick with my order and the order of the people in front of me in line. I love this particular flavor and am happy it's always in stock here at this location. I intend to sit in at a later date and provide a more in depth review.

Came in on a Sunday evening with my son, his gf & her little sister and everything was on point. The staff, although small, was still efficient & extremely sweet! Honestly, this was my first time in a Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins and I couldn't have been more impressed. ❤️

They NEVER have cherries jubilee or anything else that sounds good. The workers don't seem to care to help give you other suggestions either. You have to ask for a lid or spoon when going through the drive through lane. The one in Waco is much better than Hewitt. Totally different atmosphere!

We went through the drive through in the evening on 5-31. I ordered one scoop in a waffle cone and my wife ordered 2 kiddie scoops in a waffle bowl. We ordered in the drive through and the girl repeated the order back wrong. No big deal. That happens. I corrected her and we pulled up to the window. When we pulled up the girl didn’t remember what two ice creams my wife ordered so we told her again and she handed me my order and it was wrong. I ordered mine in a waffle cone and she handed it to me in a regular bowl. So she just handed me a waffle cone. ? The waffle cone was so stale it was chewy. The girl could barely keep her eyes open when she was talking to us through the window. Literally. Hate to accuse anyone of anything …..but it certainly seemed like she was on something. Maybe I’m wrong. I won’t be going back there.

I don't know what has happened but the quality of this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins has gone downhill FAST. We visited at the end of the week last week to celebrate the end of school. There were only 6 or 8 ice cream flavors to choose from. Why is it so cold and dirty in there?

Their are certain employees that are the all stars of this Location unfortunately the rest of the staff cannot seem to get it right like lying about being out of ingredients for a drink because they don't feel like making it. Rude service most of the time and there always seems to be something, even when they have what we want it tastes off or the kitchen is closed because they have left one worker to fend for themselves. The owner needs to find staff that will 1. Provide good service and 2. Atleast have enough staff to properly run your restaurant.

The ice cream selection is TERRIBLE. They maybe had 13 flavors - not 31 the last time I took the family for ice cream. Today we thought we would give it another try. The doors were locked at 5pm and we didn't see a single person inside. Don't waste your time going here.
If you have the opportunity to meet Lisa while stopping by you are in for a great time and experience. She’s been the person to take our order and give us our ice cream the last couple of visits and has been spectacular. She has an amazing attitude and brings a smile to our faces every visit. I am a firm believer in customer service and she is top notch. Thank you, Lisa.The last few visits have been a hit or miss with our favorite flavor and waffle cones (please get more pralines n’ cream and strawberry), but overall the experience and ice cream were great.

Ordered banana split online & paid for in advance. They were out of 2 flavors I wanted, and out of bananas. Lady said I could get a refund on the app if my card was on file, she wouldn’t do it. Horrible attitude, like I was an inconvenience when I had to change my order to something else on the spot.Go to one of the other locations in Waco, the Hewitt location is a joke.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to still give them a try. I’m not sure why they’re even open at this point. They were out of a lot of things and barely have any flavors to choose from. I thought BR has 31 flavors. Everything I tried to order she said they didn’t have, despite it being on the menu. Went to heritage creamery instead, local business with homemade ice cream.
