I will never understand how this site never has one of their more popular flavors. I get that it’s popular. Order more. I can drive across town and get what I want everytime. If we have to drive across town what’s the point if having more than one location.

Ice cream was very soft...asked for hot fudge...got chocolate topping that turns into hard shell...didn't get the nuts asked for and no cherries. Not the first time dissatisfied....wont be trying them again

Don't know what the hate's about, the staff is super friendly and you get what you expect. Came here for ice cream because every other ice cream place is closed at 8am. No complaints, especially for a place open at nearly all hours. It's there for me when I need it <3

Looking over our choices, we waited to give our order as we were ignored by three employees. This is actually the third time we've been to this location and it is the third time this has happened. The staff acts as if our stopping in has ruined their day. The gentleman that was in here before us was greeted and was given helpful service. So, this will be our last time to frequent this location or really ANY Baskin-Robbins in the area. I will let my friends and family know as well.

2nd time we've been here in as many weeks and been completely ignored and left to stand while they chatted amongst themselves. No greeting, no closing, just attitude, hip stuck out, chewing gum when paying. Very disappointing. I won't get anything here but the kids love it. I wish there was better service.

One worker in the whole place. States they are out of everything. Doing the least amount of work possible. Can't blame her, owner is losing dollars while pinching pennies.

my ice cream had some sort of fly or bug in it. it was good until right at the end of the ice cream i see this. how gross. do better. I’m so disappointed and grossed out.

No strawberry ice cream so I had to pick kids something else but was told by new management that they would never be out of the flavors when I voice that's why I stopped coming to this location but back to regular schedule program
I got a large strawberry cheesecake milkshake and was in and out in less than 5 minutes but the place looked clean, the freezers looked well-stocked, and the staff were quick with my order and the order of the people in front of me in line. I love this particular flavor and am happy it's always in stock here at this location. I intend to sit in at a later date and provide a more in depth review.

Came in on a Sunday evening with my son, his gf & her little sister and everything was on point. The staff, although small, was still efficient & extremely sweet! Honestly, this was my first time in a Dunkin/Baskin-Robbins and I couldn't have been more impressed. ❤️

They NEVER have cherries jubilee or anything else that sounds good. The workers don't seem to care to help give you other suggestions either. You have to ask for a lid or spoon when going through the drive through lane. The one in Waco is much better than Hewitt. Totally different atmosphere!

We went through the drive through in the evening on 5-31. I ordered one scoop in a waffle cone and my wife ordered 2 kiddie scoops in a waffle bowl. We ordered in the drive through and the girl repeated the order back wrong. No big deal. That happens. I corrected her and we pulled up to the window. When we pulled up the girl didn’t remember what two ice creams my wife ordered so we told her again and she handed me my order and it was wrong. I ordered mine in a waffle cone and she handed it to me in a regular bowl. So she just handed me a waffle cone. ? The waffle cone was so stale it was chewy. The girl could barely keep her eyes open when she was talking to us through the window. Literally. Hate to accuse anyone of anything …..but it certainly seemed like she was on something. Maybe I’m wrong. I won’t be going back there.

I don't know what has happened but the quality of this Dunkin/Baskin Robbins has gone downhill FAST. We visited at the end of the week last week to celebrate the end of school. There were only 6 or 8 ice cream flavors to choose from. Why is it so cold and dirty in there?
