Brasseries in Waco, TX

“We came in on a whim after going to our usual Waco brunch place and they had an hour wait. We called and luckily the brasserie had a table for 4. It was a beautiful atmosphere of course. Our server, Joanna, was super friendly and gave us good service. The food was 10/10. We got the biscuits. Highly recommend. My dad got the eggs Benedict, my mom and I got the country omelet, and my husband got the 1928 breakfast. We all loved our dishes. The breakfast potatoes were so good. Typically breakfast potatoes aren’t that great at any brunch place. The hotel looks adorable. It’s very pricey tho so we will probably never stay here. We will keep coming back for brunch tho.“
