“Nice and clean establishment. Ordered via kiosk (no receipt), made pretty promptly (only saw one barista/employee serving several customers). Several chairs and a few tables to sit and sip (or eat).
My drink was tasty but could have used more coffee (ordered Vietnamese coffee with brown sugar boba). The boba was really good!
Parking was tight and men outside trying to get your attention (begging or scamming, made us feel unsafe/uncomfortable)

“My family and I have been eating here for a while now and we’re addicted! The pho has me in a chokehold with so much flavor and a nice serving along with my favorite drink “Beary peachy” it’s very sweet and tasty! The owner is very sweet and loving along with her employees! If you visit you will not be disappointed! And let’s not forget about the egg rolls OMG! My top 3 favorite things to eat here ❤️ my family eats other things here that they love as well! we each have our personal favorites.“
