You were sitting down previously anyway in the kitchen, so take another seat.

Stopped in the drive thru today for lunch at the Hewitt location. The crazy hair guy left me with a smile all day. He really made my day. Beautiful smile like he meant it, seemed happy to take my order, then I had to pull around and he hand delivered it saying here's your hot fresh fish sandwich! Big smile and said have a wonderful day. That guy is going to go places if he keeps working on his people skills. Very impressed! I am definitely going to make this location my regular stop. Best fish sandwiches by far!

This location (Hewitt) is one of the worst in the Waco area. They are never fully staffed. Going there you have to expect a long line or them getting your order wrong. Don't EVER go during the lunch rush because you will regret it.

Drive through lady was extremely rude, I had to wait over 15 minutes in the line with nobody in front or behind of us and got all of our very simple orders very wrong, i could hear the cooks arguing and yelling in the background as well.

This branch offers the worst experience of any Burger King in my life of almost 40 years. Ridiculously slow at the drive-through at any hour. The most recent time it took over 15 minutes to get a whopper Junior.
Not one car in front of us and it takes 5 or more minutes to take the order at the drive-thru

Bought classic chicken sandwich mid week. Excellent! Fries and rings were fresh and hot and salted! Went back on Sunday and was disappointed, sandwich was old and tasted like shortening needed changing.
