This Burger King sucks.. they are always out of everything. How to train your pet dragon kids meal right now with Pepa Big Toys. 5 drink options, no ice cream cones, cold food, old fries... sprkler in the drive thru spraying in my car. Thankfully it was hot today....Every damn time we try and give them another chance just full of disappointment... not again.

Could it not believe they don't have diet coke or made sweet tea when i asked they were rude about it. And said what they have back in the drive thru is the same but in the rude way. And regarding the sweet tea i think they are too lazy to make it

Got breakfast in the morning and they tell me to pull around because theyre waiting on hashbrowns. Thats fine, no worries... it took over 30 minutes to get hashbrowns and 2 burritos. I go inside and my food is sitting on the counter waiting to be assembled.. for 30 minutes. I get my food and it is all cold. The manager did not care WHATSOEVER and neither did the employees 🤷♀️

8:38pm Saturday night just before lobby close. Y'all have a manager who hung outside the ladies bathroom while I was is in there doing what we all do in bathrooms. Please, don't do that again to anyone else. If you need to babysit the bathroom please don't embarrass anyone else and yourself. Please have a seat in eyesight of the restrooms. You were sitting down previously anyway in the kitchen, so take another seat.

On 11/12/24, Was having difficulty with phone AP to Order & Employee Marquis was very helpful and polite... Food was Great, Restaurant was Clean and Service was Fast.. Outstanding..🤠👍🤠
Stopped in the drive thru today for lunch at the Hewitt location. The crazy hair guy left me with a smile all day. He really made my day. Beautiful smile like he meant it, seemed happy to take my order, then I had to pull around and he hand delivered it saying here's your hot fresh fish sandwich! Big smile and said have a wonderful day. That guy is going to go places if he keeps working on his people skills. Very impressed! I am definitely going to make this location my regular stop. Best fish sandwiches by far!

Ordered a $30 meal but they weren't able to provide an item for whatever reason and also refused to substitute it out for anything instead telling me to refund in the app.

This location (Hewitt) is one of the worst in the Waco area. They are never fully staffed. Going there you have to expect a long line or them getting your order wrong. Don't EVER go during the lunch rush because you will regret it.
