This was sent anonymously. According to the report, this Burger King is in extremely poor condition. It states that employees are making food without gloves and serving old, expired food. It also reports that individuals are not washing their hands and that dishes are being washed in the mop sink, where floor and bathroom wastewater is disposed. The submission further states that employees are smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the parking lot by the front entrance.

The report claims that this Burger King should be investigated—and potentially shut down—for violations of local and federal health regulations and OSHA standards.

The individuals identified as managers of this location are Rachel Martin and Johnny Veasey, who should be held accountable.

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it.
I order from these guys via DoorDash and the last 4 deliveries have either had missing items or incorrect items. I ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken fries and 2 large drinks, one a Dr Pepper and the other a Strawberry Lemonade. My chicken sandwich was a Whopper, with the ingredients I requested taken off due to allergies on top,l. The chicken fries were burnt chicken nuggets, my strawberry lemonade was replaced with a 2nd Dr Pepper and the fries were severely overcooked. Yet, whenever I go and report it on DoorDash or call the store, I get nothing in response or refunded. Someone needs to re-do the training at this location or fix something because this is not the first time something like this has happened. This is my FOURTH time experiencing this and getting nothing in return.

I came in through the drive thru for lunch after church and I was put on hold there wasn’t even a car in front or behind me and I sat there for about 5 minutes the guy that answered the headset was extremely short and rude when he said I’ll be with you in a minute. Very unprofessional so I ended up just coming inside and he was again very rude while taking my order he didn’t have a name tag on but he was a short Hispanic man with a beard. I understand people don’t like their jobs but he’s in a customer service based job and the hospitality was not there this Burger King really needs to do better and get a new manager to run the store, only 2 people working and 1 was rude and the other slob was slow just disgusting to have someone like that cooking other peoples food. Every time I come there’s employees outside smoking or they are rude this was my last experience for Burger King in general I’ll be taking my business elsewhere smh just disappointing

Workers are friendly, but rating the food 1 star b/c this Burger King is terrible with inventory. The last 3 or 4 trips, they have been out of Hershey pies, mozzarella fries and HAMBURGERS!!! How can you be a burger restaurant & run out of meat for burgers? Literally was told they didn’t have anymore patties. It’s messed up my BK points too b/c if I order there & they have nothing, I have to cancel the order & go somewhere else. I can’t use my Walmart+ rewards even the original order was cancelled. They consider it a 2nd trip. This last time, I ordered 2 meals. They didn’t give us any fries. I drove away too fast b/c we had plans that had us rushing so I suppose that one is on me since I didn’t check the order. So frustrated. Don’t go here if you can help it

Our first experience with this place was terrible. I went with my daughter and we ordered food to eat inside, and I asked for a tray and cup since we needed one as we’re obviously dining in, and she ignores me. I try to get her attention and they are not doing anything. When I start getting irritated, Rachel (the manager) was acting very rude towards me despite my daughter being there. She said to get it from the trash can, and this was very distressful for us since we were just trying to eat. We walk out asking for a refund and leave a review, then the next two times are fine, but today they said I was banned. I asked why and they didn’t give me no proper answer until I started asking in a more irritated manner. I explained that it felt like a racial issue since they were not treating me and my daughter well mostly cause of our skin color, and she just acted like we didn’t even exist as if we were just complaining about nothing. I had gotten mad, and she acted even worse toward us, saying “It’s not a racial issue, you were banned for being disrespectful.” Which was not true, I was trying to have a tray and a cup, and I get banned just for wanting to stand up for myself. She was already looking us up and down. She then said “We’ve had issues with you in the past, we told you that you were banned the last two times you came to visit. We’ll still take your order but you’re not allowed in here.” Its BEEN a racial issue all because we are South Asian and have brown skin. Apparently she didn’t even realize how uncomfortable she was making my daughter, having her listen to the situation is bad enough, but involving her made her feel guilty. That’s my kid, not your excuse to make me look bad for trying to defend. They have not once tried hear us out on how we felt, and this experience and the management are the worst and most disrespectful people I will have met in this location for how I have been treated.

The drive through cashier was just rushing me and was very rude and then I asked for specific details for my meal and he maybe did t hear me because he was rushing me too hurry up and finish and so I had to come back inside for them to remake my food . I feel like they need better staff or need to get it together some way

This Burger King sucks.. they are always out of everything. How to train your pet dragon kids meal right now with Pepa Big Toys. 5 drink options, no ice cream cones, cold food, old fries... sprkler in the drive thru spraying in my car. Thankfully it was hot today....Every damn time we try and give them another chance just full of disappointment... not again.
