Amazing food and friendly welcoming staff! We swung in for lunch and between the four of us we were able to try a bunch of food off the menu. Everything was amazing! Will definitely come back next time in the area.
Stopped in at Cajun Craft and ordered the Catfish Atchafalaya and the crab-stuffed bacon-wrapped jalapeños.
The jalapeños were a knockout. The crab filling was creamy and rich, the bacon added salty crunch, and the sweet chili sauce on top tied it all together. Honestly, I'm going to steal the chili sauce idea for my own jalapeño poppers.

We drove from Palestine,TX to visit my son and daughter in law and came here to eat....we will be back...absolutely amazing food....loved every bite....better than tejuns in my opinion...just saying
