Waitstaff was polite, excellent,and surprisingly hilarious at times. Food was excellent. Experience though pricy for us, is absolutely worth it for special occasions. Save room for the flaming cheesecake.

All I wanted was chimichurri sauce. It's a Brazilian steakhouse for goodness sake. It took 10 minutes to get a half ounce. I used it and asked for more. 30 minutes later we had dessert. Still no sauce. The first time I ate there I asked 4 times. I never got the sauce.

Out of the 12 meats we had, all but 3 were were way over cooked and dry. Even the bacon wrapped chicken was so dry that you couldn't chew it.

This was the most flavorful Brazilian steakhouse meal we've ever had!!! Everyone was so kind, and made you feel at home! We were not rushed at all, in fact we were told to take our time and not rush! That alone was amazing!!!

Always a fantastic experience. Very clean restaurant, people are friendly and know how to make an espresso martini with a shot of bailey's to make it creamy. Always enough staff to make sure you have clean plates and are very attentive. Will be back for sure! Thanks

It was a terribly experience for me and my wife we had to ask for more meat. They said the bill 160. I just added a cheesecake. It became 208. They sent us way in the back. It was very disrespectful to be black on Valentine's Day and still can't sit in the front.

Computers were down so they didnt have our reservation. Bartenders were more concerned talking about each other than worrying about us customers. Food was cold and tasteless, salad bar was sad. One bartender went out of her way to make sure we were seated. We wont be back . 2 mixed drinks, two glasses of wine and two meals were 275 bucks. Over priced under delivered. Waco location needs some help. College Station location is excellent!

When I arrived for my 9 pm reservation on Valentine's Day (keeping that in mind), there was a line as soon as you opened the door. No one was greeted as they waited by any staff. There was no one to speak with at the hostess desk. There was no system whatsover. A group of guys walked in, passed everyone in line and then were being seated before multiple people spoke up and informed the hostess there was a line full of people waiting. It was resolved, but people should be greeted and checked in. There should always be a system. Waiting staff also were leaving tables unattended; not even greeted when tables were sat. Again, understand its a busy day, but it's more of an upscale steakhouse, systems need to be in place. Overall, I would def dine here again! BIG THANKS to Avery (he was of the people serving beef/chicken). I asked him for a certain cut and returned immediately with it!

It was too busy was not able to get the full experience. Did not receive 15 meats maybe only 5 . All the food i received was cold

The food was good and the atmosphere was good but it would be nice to experience the full experience instead of the limited meats choice for the the price I pay for the full experience.

We had a reservation; however, the system was down and we had to wait 45-60 minutes to be seated. Very disappointing since it was a late reservation and we were delayed.

Opentable Diner

Was very disappointed I made a reservation for my wife and I to have a romantic dinner for Valentine's Day. I was greeted to a line wrapped out the door and didn't even get a table. This is how you treat customers? Why would I make a reservation to not have a table waiting for me? This was an embarrassment of a night especially when expecting a nice meal.

I want to start this with the fact that it was valentines and their reservation system went down so they were struggling hard. They did well getting everyone sat but I believe this overwhelmed serving staff and the kitchen. Our server was sweet and nice but very weeded and struggled to keep up. The food was horrible!! Every piece of meat was over cooked and tuff. Not what you want with a steak house. The mash potatoes looked and tasted like instant mash potatoes. We were really excited about this place but left frustrated and hungry. The hungry part is frustrating because it's all you can eat but the steak was nasty. Plus, we didn't get to try all the meats because they never came by. I just can't recommend this place to anyone. I'm sure a lot of this is all related to the reservation crash but man what a let down.
