I was driving by on my way back to Houston from a business meeting and had to stop. Boy am I glad I did. Everything was great! The food was fantastic and the service was great. The owner was great to talk to and the place reminded me of a time far gone. Really authentic brisket. It was so good I bought one of their t shirts they sell.it has their logo and cattle brand. I asked the owner about the name and he tells me that he used to provide bucking bulls to the rodeo circuit....
