Used to go to the old location back when I was in college, first time coming to the new location and I have to say I was delighted that it was just as good as I remember! Staff was very friendly and oh man the pork fried rice is incredible!

I haven't been here in quite awhile and today's meal was not the best at all. My egg rolls were overcooked and extra hard and the shrimp in the fried rice tasted funny like they were spoiled or turning bad. I did let the waitress know about the shrimp. I don't plan on going back to waste money again.

Awful service. Incompetent staff. i walk in. I give the name MY reservation is under. They send me the wrong way to the patio & whole different party when our table was set inside in a corner the whole time. They called to confirm our 10 person reservation, lied we'd get patio over the phone & still sent us there when they gave it to other customers. Waiter was rude & disrespectful as hes known to be. Your automatic 20% gratuity is a joke. Tip was not earned or deserved.
Cared more about your patio reservation than us when we also booked ahead of time, we are also paying customers that deserved good service.

My boyfriend and I went to Clay pot yesterday around 6 PM and we sat with Megan L. She was so kind and helpful with everything showing great customer service and hard dedicated attitude! I don’t leave reviews often however I left with a huge smile on my face! My family and I have been going to Clay pot since I was very young at the old location And we traveled with y’all to the new one!
