We stopped by Club Sandwich at the Silos, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and welcoming — they even offered us a sample of the chicken, and wow, it was so flavorful it had us hooked at the first bite!
I ordered the chicken bulgogi, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned and served on a bed of shredded cabbage with the freshest, crisp vegetables. And let’s not forget about the sriracha ranch — the perfect kick to tie it all together!

Fast and friendly service and a decent portion size but no flavor. Bland base ingredients like cabbage, rice and pork need seasoning; the spicy pork was not spicy, the cilantro lime sauce was not citrusy. Maybe they just skimped too much on the sauce.

The very congenial owner gave me a sample and I was hooked. I got the chicken with half rice/half cabbage, all the veggies and 2 sauces. Yum! I also asked about the name and he accommodated me by telling me the story. Go, you'll love it!

We wandered around at The Silos and the owner came out to visit and give samples. He was interesting and fun to talk with. We decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and filling. I got the 1/2 size bowl of chicken with rice and all the veggies.

The marinated tofu was tender and delicious and I enjoyed the shredded cabbage and veggies so much that I didn’t even miss the rice. To top it off the sriracha ranch was incredible. I tried their Korean bbq chicken while going through Waco and it was so good! I loved that they offered free samples and when we passed and said we had already gotten a sample he still let us have another one. We would not have gotten the food if it weren’t for the samples. The girl in the food truck was incredibly kind and friendly. Tonight in Colorado I tried to make something similar at home but of course Club Sandwich’s was better. Such a good combo of ingredients.
