We came here on a day trip because my cousin from Hawaii was in town. She was a former baker at the Magnolia in Honolulu, Hawaii. She loved working there, so it was a treat for her to visit where it originated. We bought every kind of their cupcakes and a vanilla bean shortbread cookie. The line was around the building back to the planter wall. An employee told us it would take about 30 minutes in line, but it was only 15 minutes. Super cute shop. We were given a card and pencil in line to make choices, which helped the line move along! I tried a savory option, the Prize Pig, and it was very tasty. Quick stop at in Waco at Magnolia on a roadtrip. Picked up some awesome cupcakes. Great variety, quick friendly service. It's definitely worth the stop and the stores and food trucks make for a beautiful rest stop if you're passing through the area!
