This place was hard for us to find at first-even while using different map apps. Driving back and forth only made my hot dog craving intensify. I was looking for a small restaurant/store front. I guess I didn't expect it to be located inside of Magnolia, but there it was. It's one of the food trucks at the Silos. Visited Mognolia Market compound in Waco, TX . THIS SHOULD BE ON EVERY BODIES BUCKET LIST.They have varieties of food trucks. But saukraut smell led me to the hot dog truck.The price for classic hot dog was very reasonable compared to all other food trucks.I loved the free sides to ? .

Visiting Magnolia Silos and among the slew of food trucks I decided on this one. The Demo Day Dog with Dr. Pepper chili, cheese and crisp onions with Fritos. It's a texas size hot dog. When they hand you this creation it sure does have some weight to it. It's a good looking dog and was really good. Liked the crisp onions for that good crunchy texture I like.
