“Love the freaky Friday cake; but the service sucks! If kids don’t want to work then they don’t need to because all they do is make the experience suck! Went in and got waited on by a tall skinny curly hair kid, I didn’t get his name but he was African American, he has an attitude the whole time, no friendliness at all and all I got was a 4 pack and he had no rush to make my order and I was the only one in there. Kids just gotta do better! I was there on tuesday.“

“Every time I go to insomnia everything is so fresh!! Not only is everything fresh but the manager Shayla and her energy is everything!! Her and her staff make the experience so much better! It’s always crowded because of the BU students but they use the spot as a hang out so it’s a vibe for everyone!“

“Went there for the first time on Thur 6/19/25 for a sno cone. When I paid my card was charged twice I only noticed because I happened to check my account and saw the two charges. I tried to call them but the # on Google no one answers. So I drove all the way back up there explained the situation they kept questioning me like they didn't believe me even after giving them my phone and letting them look for themselves. They agreed to refund one of the charges had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. Then later that night I was checking my account again and noticed I was charged again so instead of refunding me they charged me again. 😑

Update: (previously 1 star) This has been fixed and they apologized, the person working the card reader was new to using it and we got everything resolved.“

“Drove from Keller picked up my Bestie and her mom from Dallas and drove all the way to Waco just to eat these delicious churros and they are the most delicious desserts I have ever had, very well made and the people are very sweet, would definitely recommend and worth the drive.“
