The burgers are great, probably the best we have had in over 4 years living in Central Texas. I will definately go back.

There are too many American grill burger joints in this town to recommend this one. Is it edible, sure, but that's about it. Honestly, I would eat at whataburger before here. But Health Camp or Burgertology or even Whizzbangs would be a much better choice. Everything is so run down, so dirty, so subpar. Sad to see a long standing institution like this fall into disrepair.

Very great burgers ??

This place is a hole in the wall greasy spoon, but it has the best burgers you’ll ever eat. Super friendly staff. if you’re ever anywhere near Waco, you’ve got to try this place.

While the place is a little small (like any hole in the wall) that won't matter once you taste the food! The staff was very friendly, and the burger and fries were absolutely delicious! Always love an old fashioned burger!

If you love good burgers, you GOTTA hit this place up! This establishment doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the inside is decorated with vintage car license plates and old checkered tablecloths, booths from the 80s/90s. The real gem is their food- fantastic, mouth watering, finger licking American style burgers shine through. We ordered the doubles basket and we loved everything. The fries and curly fries were crispy and the food was delivered fresh off the grill. I highly recommend and plan on returning soon!Please note: there is no formal parking lot, but random grass parking behind the establishment. We had a toddler with us, but think it’s be difficult to fit multiple children or babies into the seating area because it is limited and a bit cramped. Those with wheelchairs might find it hard to navigate in between the booths during the lunch hour on weekends (we went on a Saturday).

Great food, amazing kind customer service. Very clean. They wipe down the tables as soon as someone gets up so it is ready for the next guest. Food can out hot and perfectly seasoned. Like the diner atmosphere. Onion rings were on point. Philly cheesesteak made just how you expect. Looking forward to stopping here again next time we are in town.

I found Dubl-R while searching Google Maps for new restaurants to try, and boy, I'm glad I found them. The burgers here are truly old-fashioned and reminded me of home. The burger patties were cooked perfectly, and my bacon was crisp just the way I like it. After the first bite, I knew I'd be back. The fries, however, weren't anything special. I'd request my fries to be salted next time. The service was welcoming and fast. The atmosphere was dated, being that it's an old building. The menu could be updated with a new lamented one also. If you're in the area and looking for a great burger. Give Dubl-R a try. I was satisfied.

10/10 Had the Double R-R and my GF had the Double Double. Both were exceptional. For sides we had the texas toothpicks, fries, and onion rings. All super solid. Cashier was very friendly explaining us all the menu as we were new customers.
