I've used Rio Brazos Cuisine for years. I don't know how the owner/Chef, Jonya, always manage to exceed expectations. She can literally pull a rabbit out of a hat! The crazy thing is that her back-office skills and customer support match her delectable culinary artistry. If you want the best, don't settle for anyone else. The company I work for used this service for their catering needs. I have to say it was the best roast beef sandwich I have ever had. Simply made but with beautiful flavor. Satisfying and filling, am going to use this company on my own time as well.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. My 20 guest were amazed by the food and service. And my guest are used to hiring caterers and they thought Rio was one of the best!!! Top notch! Waco and surrounding areas, you must hired these ladies
